Persistent rhinitis and daily sneezing, especially triggered by cold air or AC, is often linked to an imbalance in the Vata and Kapha doshas. Here are some practical Ayurvedic recommendations to help you:

1. Nasya (Nasal Treatment)

•	Every morning, apply 2-3 drops of Anu Taila (medicated nasal oil) into each nostril. This helps strengthen nasal passages and reduce hypersensitivity to triggers like cold air.
•	Gently massage the nostrils and forehead after applying the oil.

2. Steam Inhalation

•	Boil water with eucalyptus oil or crushed carom seeds (ajwain). Inhale the steam for 5–10 minutes daily to clear nasal congestion and reduce inflammation.

3. Herbal Remedies

•	Take a teaspoon of Sitopaladi Churna mixed with honey twice daily to reduce symptoms of cold and improve immunity.
•	Drink warm water infused with turmeric, ginger, and black pepper to balance Kapha and clear excess mucus.

4. Lifestyle Adjustments

•	Avoid exposure to cold environments like direct AC airflow. Use a light scarf or blanket at night to keep warm.
•	Include warm, light meals with spices like cumin, ginger, and black pepper in your diet to improve digestion and reduce mucus.

5. Practice Pranayama

•	Daily practice of breathing exercises like Nadi Shodhana (alternate nostril breathing) and Bhastrika (bellows breath) can improve respiratory health and reduce sensitivity to allergens.

If the symptoms persist, I recommend visiting an Ayurvedic practitioner for a detailed assessment and personalized treatment.
