Namaste Suleiman ji, Your condition of low sperm count and motility (Shukra Kshaya) requires consistent efforts and a holistic approach to address the root cause. Stress is a significant factor that negatively impacts sperm health as it aggravates Vata dosha and weakens Shukra dhatu (reproductive tissue). Here's my advice as an Ayurvedic chikitsak: 1. Continue Taking Addyzoa and Supplements Addyzoa, omega-3, and Coenzyme Q10 are beneficial for improving sperm health and motility. Do not stop them, as consistency is essential for effective results. These supplements work best when combined with proper stress management, lifestyle adjustments, and diet. 2. Ayurvedic Herbs to Support Addyzoa Add these Ayurvedic remedies to further enhance Shukra dhatu: Ashwagandha (Withania somnifera): A potent adaptogen to reduce stress and improve sperm quality. Take 1 tsp of Ashwagandha powder with warm milk at bedtime. Shatavari (Asparagus racemosus): Balances hormones and nourishes reproductive tissues. Take 1 tsp of Shatavari powder with honey in the morning. Kapikachhu (Mucuna pruriens): Enhances sperm count and motility. Available as capsules or powder; take as per dosage instructions. 3. Manage Stress (A Key Factor) Stress impacts your hormonal balance and sperm quality. To manage it: Practice Abhyanga (Oil Massage): Use warm sesame oil to massage your head and body daily to calm Vata and reduce stress. Meditation and Pranayama: Practice deep breathing techniques like Anulom Vilom or Bhramari Pranayama for 10-15 minutes daily. Avoid overthinking and daydreaming, which weakens the mind and reproductive strength. 4. Diet and Lifestyle (Ahara-Vihara) Eat Shukra-Nourishing Foods: Include ghee, milk, almonds, walnuts, dates, raisins, and seeds like pumpkin and flaxseeds in your diet. Avoid excessive caffeine, alcohol, smoking, and fried or processed foods, as they increase toxins (ama) and weaken Shukra dhatu. Sleep adequately (7–8 hours) to allow your body to rejuvenate. 5. Observe Semen Quality Changes If your semen looks watery, this can be due to stress and frequent involuntary ejaculation. Give your body time to recover, and avoid checking too frequently, as mental stress also affects quality. In Ayurveda, Brahmacharya (moderation) is crucial for improving sperm quality. Avoid frequent ejaculation to allow for sperm regeneration. 6. Additional Ayurvedic Formulation Chyawanprash: Take 1 teaspoon daily to strengthen immunity and improve vitality. Gokshura (Tribulus terrestris): Improves testosterone levels and sperm quality. Take as per dosage guidelines. Final Advice Do not stop Addyzoa or other treatments. Instead, focus on managing stress through diet, herbs, and lifestyle changes. Improvements in sperm health take time, typically 3–6 months. Patience and consistency will yield results.

Sounds like you’re dealing with quite a bit. Having a low sperm count and motility can be stressful itself, never mind the rest of life’s stressors. Let's untangle it a bit. You're seeing some changes, but if stress is spiking and affecting what you're observing, maybe it’s partly a stress thing impacting your body more broadly, rather than just the supplements. Stress can mess with everything, even reproductive health. It can influence hormones, possibly impacting sperm’s quality and count. Daydreaming, if it’s unusual or feels like zoning out, that might be your brain's weird way of dealing with stress. Before making changes to your current routine, consider figuring out where the stress is coming from. Stopping the Addyzoa might not be immediately necessary unless you’re having specific side effects. But hey, nothing wrong with giving yourself breaks if needed—both mentally and from supplements, occasionally. In Ayurveda, managing stress is integral, so focus on that. Maybe try simple mindful practices, like daily breathing exercises. Just a few quiet minutes every day can help keep stress at bay. To nurture your sperm health back, consider more Kapha foods to nourish tissues. Think whole grains, nuts, and seeds - they’re also generally good for building Ojas, which is directly linked to vitality. If you wanna tackle the stress more directly, applying some topical oils like bhringraj oil or sesame oil with gentle massage can calm the mind and balance Vata. Eat clean, stay hydrated, and if possible, add warmth to your meals, even if just having boiled water with a slice of ginger in the morning. When things feel more stable, and if you’re feeling like it, continue Addyzoa. But listen to your body, if there seems to be no improvement or things feel worse, def seek advice from a local physician.
