Namaste, Mohapatra Ji. Your condition may indicate Klaibya (Ayurvedic term for ejaculatory dysfunction). This can arise due to vata imbalance, mental stress, or age-related factors. Below are some Ayurvedic remedies and lifestyle changes that may help: Ayurvedic Remedies: Ashwagandha: Strengthens reproductive organs, balances vata, and improves overall stamina and semen quality. Take 1 tsp Ashwagandha powder with warm milk at bedtime. Shatavari: Known to promote proper lubrication and semen flow. Mix 1 tsp Shatavari powder with milk twice daily. Kapikacchu (Mucuna pruriens): Helps stimulate libido and supports proper ejaculation. 1 capsule or 1 tsp powder with water or milk daily. Musli Pak: An excellent rejuvenator for male reproductive health. 1 tsp Musli Pak with warm milk in the morning. Chandraprabha Vati: Effective in managing urinary and reproductive health. 1–2 tablets twice a day with lukewarm water. Lifestyle Tips: Abhyanga (Oil Massage): Warm sesame oil massage daily to balance vata and improve blood circulation. Meditation & Pranayama: Helps reduce stress, which may improve ejaculation. Diet: Eat warm, nourishing foods. Include almonds, milk, ghee, and dates. Note: If the condition persists, it is recommended to consult a qualified Ayurvedic physician for a more personalized treatment plan.

It sounds like you're having quite a time with some sexual frustration, right? Ayurveda has its way with handling such unique concerns. So, let's dive into what might be going on with ya. First of all, this could be linked to a Vata imbalance, which often influences nervous system activities and might affect the process of ejaculation. Stress, anxiety, or even some dietary slip-ups can exacerbate this imbalance. Before we can talk about remedies, let's tackle diet first. Try incorporating more nourishing, grounding foods. Things like ghee, milk, and almonds work wonders. Think of them as comfort food for your system. Focus on warm, moist, and lightly spiced meals to balance Vata. So, stews or soups with spices like cumin, ginger, and fennel are your best friend right now. In terms of lifestyle, relaxation is key here. I know, easier said than done, right? But really, practices like yoga, meditation, or even just a calming evening walk can help. They'll ground your mind and body, which is really important for Vata balance. Let's talk specific remedies too. Ashwagandha, considered Rasayana, is effective for boosting vitality and sexual performance. Try taking it with a glass of warm milk before bedtime. I mean, what's more relaxing than that, am I right? Shatavari is another herb you might want to look into. It's great for reproductive health and can support healthy fluid production. You can consume it with water or milk. Finally, you might want to practice some pelvic floor exercises — sometimes called Kegel exercises. Basically, they’re all about strengthening the muscles involved in ejaculation. Couple ur basic self-care with specific practices, you know? There’s always the possibility of underlying health issues, so it might be a good idea to chat with a healthcare provider to rule anything more serious. Ayurveda ain't a quick fix all the time, but it sure can help guide your body back to where it wants to be.
