ich leide aktuell an einer juckender schuppigen und trockenen Haut mit vereinzelten roten Stellen auf der Stirn . Ich habe grundsätzlich eine helle sensible Haut sie viel Feuchtigkeit und Beruhigung benötigt und dann sehr glatt und schön ist. Auf der Nase und den Wanken kann es auch mal zu Rosacea kommen. Ich bin 58 Jahre.

take panchtikta ghurth 5 ml at empty stomch at morning
do nasya with cow ghee 2 drop each nostril
tab haridra khand 2-2-2
tab manjistha 2-0-2
tab kesor gugulu 2-0-2
tab livtone 2-2-2
tab virechan 0-0-2
after food take all medicine
tab triphala 2-0-2
if posible do panchkarma virechan tretment and raktamokshan tretment near center
