Seeking Expert Feedback on My Daughter's USG Abdomen Scan Results - #50563

My daughter Meenakshi recently underwent an USG Abdomen scan. It's finding is as follow : Uterus appears bulky measuring 8.2× 7.3 ×3.4 cm. ( Longitudinal × AP× TR ) anteverted and normal size. The endometrium measures 11.7 cm in thickness. No free fluid in the pouch of douglas. Cervix is normal. Intramural fibroid measures 4.7× 4.8 cm noted in the right lateral wall of Uterus. Another fibroid measures 8.4 × 4.9 cm noted in the left adnexal region - ? Pedunculated / round ligament fibroid. Both ovaries are normal in size and echo texture . No Adnexal mass is seen.
