But we can: ✔ Delay onset ✔ Reduce severity ✔ Maintain cartilage health ✔ Prevent inflammation And since you are active — your foundation is already strong 👏 🌿 Ayurvedic Preventive Strategy for Osteoarthritis In Ayurveda, osteoarthritis is mainly Vata aggravation in joints (Sandhivata). After 40–45 years, Vata naturally increases. So prevention = ✔ Nourish joints ✔ Keep Vata balanced ✔ Maintain lubrication ✔ Avoid degeneration 🌿 1️⃣ Can You Take These Herbs Preventively? Yes — but mildly, not aggressively.
