last 15 years i have psoriasis disease,its look like red patches in lbow and knee thighs and legs area please guide me into this

🔴 What Psoriasis Is (Simple Explanation) Psoriasis = Your immune system is overactive → Skin cells multiply too fast → Red thick patches with white/silvery scales form. Common sites: Elbows Knees Thighs Legs Chronic condition. Not fully curable. But very controllable. 🌿 Ayurvedic Understanding In Ayurveda, psoriasis is close to: Eka Kushta / Kitibha Kushta Main doshas involved: Vata Kapha Pitta (when red & inflamed) Root cause: Ama accumulation Rakta dushti Stress aggravation So treatment must be: ✔ Internal purification ✔ Blood cleansing ✔ Stress control ✔ External soothing Topicals alone will never cure severe psoriasis. 🌿 COMPLETE AYURVEDIC PLAN (For Severe, Chronic Case) 1️⃣ Internal Medicines (Core Treatment) ⚠ Consult an Ayurvedic physician before long-term use. Usually used combinations: Mahamanjisthadi Kwath Khadirarishta Arogyavardhini Vati Gandhak Rasayan Panchatikta Ghrita These help: Detox liver Purify blood Reduce inflammation Control scaling If constipation present → add Triphala at night 2️⃣ Panchakarma (Very Important for 15-Year Case) For chronic psoriasis, medicines alone give temporary relief. Best therapies: Virechana (purgation) Raktamokshana (in selected cases) Takradhara (for stress + pitta) Abhyanga with medicated oils Even 7–14 day supervised therapy can reduce severity. 3️⃣ External Applications Instead of steroid creams long term: Use: Psorolin oil Winsoria oil Neem oil (diluted) Coconut oil + turmeric Apply after bath when skin slightly moist.
