Hi Alleisha,
May I know when the cancer was diagnosed? Are you taking the medications now? Are you taking the medicine for BP and Diabetes?
With endometrial cancer, especially at grade 2, stage 3, it’s vital to follow a comprehensive treatment plan. And while exploring natural remedies like Soursop leaves, turkey tail mushrooms, and CBD oil might sound appealing, it’s super important to consider their role alongside mainstream medical treatments, not as replacements. Chemo and radiation might feel daunting, but they have a significant proven track record for such conditions.
The approach should be a blend. Ayurvedically speaking, something to manage the dosha balance, especially for ensuring Agni is strong – 'cause a strong digestive fire helps in better assimilation of treatments, minimizing side effects. Trikatu (a blend of black pepper, long pepper, and ginger) in small doses can help boost Agni, used under guidance.
Diet is crucial. Your choice of fresh fruits, veggies, legumes, with some lean chicken, sounds nutritious… Consider favoring anti-inflammatory foods – turmeric is great, along with ginger, garlic, and green tea. But please, ensure your fruits and veggies are washed properly to eschew toxins that could strain your body further.
Lifestyle, now here’s something you could tweak pretty easily: prioritize rest, gentle physical activity like yoga to maintain energy flow, and mental practices like meditation to keep stress levels managed. Stress reduction can have a remarkable impact on healing processes.
Please don’t skip your conventional treatments. The synergy of Ayurveda is meant to enhance the body’s response to modern therapies, not replace them. And be sure to communicate openly with your doctors about the remedies you’re incorporating. This could actually ease the journey a bit, making you feel more empowered in your healing process.
Remember, your safety comes first, and a harmonious approach that respects both ancient wisdom and modern science might just offer the best support on this journey.
