Hello Sheharyar, For early discharge and erectile dysfunction focus on improving nerve strength, blood circulation, and testosterone levels naturally. Start your day with soaked almonds and walnuts and include dates, figs, and pumpkin seeds in your diet. Eat more proteins like paneer, eggs, and lentils to improve stamina.

Use Ashwagandha and Shatavari powder (1 tsp each) with warm milk at night. Kaunch Beej and Safed Musli are also beneficial—take 1 tsp daily with honey. Avoid junk food, alcohol, excessive tea/coffee, and stress, as these worsen the condition.
