I had never heard of this test before, and I became curious about how it works and why it’s important for diagnosing infections. Since I believe in natural healing and Ayurvedic methods for immunity, I want to understand—what is a Gram stain, and does Ayurveda offer ways to strengthen the immune system to prevent bacterial infections naturally? From what I understand, Gram staining is a laboratory technique that helps classify bacteria into Gram-positive and Gram-negative based on their cell wall structure.
