From the sounds of things, what you're experiencing appears to be quite distressing. In Ayurveda, recurrent urinary issues and constipation could indicate imbalances likely involving both Vata and Pitta doshas. Let's explore some targeted Ayurvedic suggestions to help improve your condition holistically. First, considering the chronic nature of bladder and urethra symptoms, it's essential to focus on soothing and balancing the relevant doshas. You might start with a regimen that cools and nourishes the urinary tract, while also addressing your digestive system. Including ghee in your diet may be beneficial, as it pacifies Vata dosha and aids lubrication of internal pathways, easing constipation. Try taking a teaspoon of ghee in warm milk before bedtime. You're facing urethra stricture and frequent infection probably due to heat and inflammation (typical Pitta symptoms). To alleviate this, consider taking an herbal decoction of Chandraprabha Vati, a classical Ayurvedic formulation known to support urinary health. Take two tablets twice daily after meals with warm water. Integrating Punarnavadi Kashaya can also support kidney and urinary functions. Constipation must be addressed with priority too, as it's linked to your overall symptoms. Triphala powder can be a helpful ally. Take one teaspoon with warm water before bed. It aids in detoxifying and regulates bowel movements. Dietary lifestyle adjustments are equally vital. Focus on hydrating foods and avoid spicy, fried, and overly acidic foods which can provoke Pitta. Increase your intake of leafy greens, and incorporate barley water as a mild diuretic. Incorporating yoga and pranayama (breathing exercises) into daily routine helps greatly with Vata stability and overall body-mind harmony. Poses like Vajrasana aid digestion; don't overstrain, just hold as per comfort. I must stress, given the severity and chronicity of your conditions, working closely with Ayurvedic practitioner and having regular medical checkups—especially urological consultation—is crucial to monitor progression and adapt interventions as needed.
