I understand you’re dealing with arthritis and chronic constipation, and while I can’t schedule appointments, I can offer some insights from an Ayurvedic perspective.

Arthritis, particularly types that involve inflammation, often indicates an imbalance in the Vata and Pitta doshas. It’s crucial to address these imbalances through diet and lifestyle changes. Integrating foods that are warm, moist, and grounding can be beneficial. Think of cooked whole grains like rice and quinoa, and vegetables such as carrots and squashes. Spices like turmeric and ginger, known for there anti-inflammatory properties, can be supportive when added to meals.

Regular oleation, or the application of oil, is another traditional remedy. Sesame oil can be massaged onto affected joints to soothe inflammation and improve movement. Doing this before a warm bath can enhance the effects of the oil. Gentle yoga or stretching tailored for joint health can help maintain flexibility.

For constipation, addressing Vata imbalance often helps. Consuming warm, cooked foods and ensuring good hydration with warm fluids might ease symptoms. Aloe vera juice and Triphala churna, an herbal mix, taken at nighttime, can act as mild digestive aids and support regularity.

Adopt a daily routine that allows for calmness and stability, as erratic schedules can exacerbate vata imbalances. Try to eat meals at the same time every day and prioritize rest.

Herbal teas with fennel, cumin, or licorice can also support digestion. But it’s important not to ignore chronic symptoms, and consulting with a qualified practitioner for personalized care is wise. Integrating these practices might help but ensure that your condition is periodically reviewed by a healthcare professional for comprehensive care.
