Based on your description, it sounds like a mix of musculoskeletal and metabolic concerns. First off, the straightening of the spinal curve and stiffness in the hip and sacroiliac joints might be due to an imbalance in the Vatadosha, which affects the body's movement and flexibility. Vata-related issues can often lead to stiffness, especially with long-term conditions like yours - Ayurveda would also consider factors like diet, lifestyle, and prakriti in this context. Engaging in regular abhyanga (oil massage) can help with this stiffness. Use warmed sesame oil, as it's heavy and viscous, making it ideal for pacifying Vata. Massage it gently onto the affected areas for about 15-20 minutes, then allow the oil to sit for another 15 minutes before taking a warm shower. This practice could be done 3 to 4 times a week, ideally in the morning. Stretching exercises specifically targeting the hips and lower back may also be beneficial—consider poses like Sukhasana (Easy Pose) and Baddha Konasana (Bound Angle Pose), held for a few minutes each. For the ED and PE issues, Ashwagandha can be suggested. This herb, known for promoting strength and vitality, could be consumed as a powder, about a teaspoon mixed with warm milk before bed. However, it's important to also focus on stress reduction techniques—meditation and pranayama (breathing exercises) are valuable tools here. Considering the weight and fatty liver, a Kapha-balancing diet might help manage your weight and liver health. Try incorporating cooked vegetables, whole grains, and lean proteins while reducing fried and fatty foods. Also, add spices like ginger and black pepper, which aid digestion and metabolism. While these suggestions can be helpful, please keep in mind that some issues might require medical help. Conditions like a significantly strained back or severe liver concerns could benefit from a professional's examination.
