The symptoms you describe—palpitations, neck and shoulder pain, dizziness, anxiety, and panic attacks—suggest a complex situation that can be linked to both physical and mental factors. First, it’s important to know that anormal ECG is reassuring as it reduces the likelihood of an acute heart issue, but it doesn’t entirelyrule out other conditions.

From an Ayurvedic standpoint, these symptoms may be related to a Vata dosha imbalance. Vata governs movement in the body and mind, which includes circulation, nerve impulses, and thought process. When Vata is disturbed, it can lead to symptoms like anxiety, dizziness, palpitations, and muscular tension in the neck and shoulders.

Incorporating certain lifestyle and dietary adjustments might help balance this dosha. Aim to have a regular routine. Wake up and go to bed at the same time each day to support your body’s natural rhythm. Try to include calming activities like meditation or gentle yoga, particularly yoga poses like Uttanasana and Balasana, to help ease the tension in your neck and shoulders. Practicing deep breathing exercises, like Pranayama, can also be beneficial.

Dietwise, focus on warm, cooked foods that are mildly spiced. Avoid cold and raw foods, which can unsettle Vata. Consider including foods like boiled rice and cooked vegetables, preferably with a small amount of ghee. Drink warm herbal teas like chamomile or ashwagandha, which can be calming, too.

Since you experience dizziness and palpitations, it’s important you consult a healthcare professional to rule out any potential underlying conditions that may require medical attention. A full evaluation can provide more clarity on these experiences and guide the right path to treatment.

Understanding that your emotions and physical symptoms might be closely tied together, recognizing stressors in your life and addressing them through Ayurveda and possibly other means like counseling could also be key in managing these symptoms effectively.
