In Ayurveda, herbs with anti-inflammatory and antimicrobial properties can be helpful. You could consider using neem oil, which has natural antibacterial properties. Warm a small amount of neem oil, reach a comfortable temperature and gently apply it around the outer ear using a clean cotton ball but don’t insert it into the ear canal. Concurrently, keeping the ears dry and avoiding exposure to water might be crucial.

Your diet significantly influences your body’s balance. Focus on reducing Kapha-aggravating foods, such as dairy, heavy, oily, and cold foods.
