Takhno me swelling, yaani edema, kai wajaah ki wajah se ho sakti hai, aur aapke pati ki case mein, address karna padhega kya unka liver health phir se issue bana hai. Ayurved mein, yeh kaph dosha ka imbalance ya rakta (blood) aur meda dhatu (fat tissue) ka avyavsthit hona indicate kar sakta hai.

Pehla kadam hona chahiye unke liver ko support karna. Apne diet me kuch parivartan karna beneficial hoga. Unhe nimn tarkeeb se apni khai-pi ko manage karne ke liye kehna chahiye:

1. Halka aur satvik bhojan: Zyada tel ya masala wala khana kabhi avoid karein, kyunki yeh liver ko stress dete hain.

2. Tulsi aur haldi ka sewan: Subah haldi aur tulsi ki chai pi sakte hain, yeh liver detoxification ko boost karne mein madadgar hai.

3. Triphala churna: Raat ko 1 chamach triphala churna ko garam pani ke sath lein. Yeh digestive system ko cleanse karta hai aur toxins ko nikaalta hai.

4. Punarnava: Yeh ek effecitve diuretic hai jo body me water retention (swelling) ko kum karne mein madad karega. Aap punarnava ka churna lekar subah aur shaam le sakte hain pani ke sath.

5. Ghrudhubha Churna: Yeh kaph aur meda dhatu ko balance karta hai. Isko doctor ki salah lekar, 1-2 gram le sakte hain.

Lifestyle ke regard mein, daily exercise aur walk wanna important hai. Swelling ko kam karne ke liye unko ny solk karne ki salah di ja sakti hai - aasanasan aur tadasan.

Agar yeh samadhan koi fark nahi layate, ya symptoms bhadte hain to please unhe lekar kisi qualified Ayurvedic physician ya allopathic doctor ko dikhayein. Kabhi kabhi serious underlying conditions ko vaar kiya ja sakta hai, isliye medical evaluation zaroori hai.
