But in next ultra sound a found the "endometriosis thickness "1.9 cm which was 5.6mm in last ultra sound. Please tell me why I m having this much pain. And with in one month endometriosis thickness has become so High that "5.6 mmto 1.9cm" it may be because of medicine which I had taken for cyst.

Pelvic pain 14 days before your period can be distressing, and it’s understandable to seek clarity on what’s going on. From an Ayurvedic perspective, the symptoms you are experiencing, along with the ultrasound results, suggest a Dosha imbalance—possibly involving Vata and Pitta. The fibroids and cyst, which you’ve mentioned, may create blockages and disturbances in your menstrual cycle, contributing to the pain.

Endometriosis and fibroids from an Ayurveda standpoint are often related to imbalances in the reproductive tissues (Artava Dhatu) and can be influenced by lifestyle and diet. The significant increase in endometrial thickness could be a response to hormonal changes or medications that affect estrogen levels, which Ayurveda interprets as a Pitta aggravation.

To address this through Ayurveda, first, consider dietary changes. Incorporate more anti-inflammatory foods such as turmeric, ginger, and leafy greens, while avoiding hot, spicy, oily foods which might exacerbate Pitta. Regular consumption of warm water can help flush toxins (ama) from the system.

Herbs like Ashoka and Lodhra can help balance hormones and support the female reproductive system. Homemade decoctions of these herbs, taken daily, can be beneficial. The timing and dosage should be personalized based on your individual constitution, so consult a local practitioner for precise guidance.

Stress management is also crucial. Practices such as meditation and Pranayama (controlled breathing) can help regulate stress, which further influences hormonal balance. Consider daily routines like Abhyanga (oil massage) with gentle, warming oils such as sesame or coconut to pacify Vata.

Finally, while Ayurveda can provide supportive care, it’s essential to stay informed with your gynecologist regarding changes in endometrial thickness and other symptoms for potential medical interventions when necessary. If your symptoms escalate or the pain becomes severe, seeking immediate medical care would be prudent to rule out any emergencies.
