Now, taking from what Ayurveda teaches us (which is like really ancient knowledge!), melasma might relate to imbalances in your Pitta dosha—this is all about heat and fire in the body. Internal heat might just be flaring on your skin as pigmentation and pimples, especially since pimples are on your chin area, which might have roots in digestion or stress factors.

First thing I’d suggest for you, try having lots of cooling foods and drinks. Coconut water, fresh cucumber, and aloe vera juice are light, yet cooling.
