I have gained comprehensive clinical experience through my internship and professional duties, which has laid a strong foundation for my medical practice. During my internship, I worked extensively across multiple departments, including casualty, general medicine, general surgery, and obstetrics & gynecology at the Government District Hospital, Gadag. This exposure allowed me to handle a variety of acute and chronic cases, sharpen my clinical assessment skills, and actively participate in patient management under the guidance of senior medical professionals. Following this, I served as a duty doctor at AYUSH Hospital, Gadag Betgeri, where I applied my Ayurvedic knowledge in a clinical setting and contributed to patient care in both outpatient and inpatient departments. I successfully completed 366 days of rigorous internship training at DGM Ayurvedic Medical College and Hospital, Gadag, where I was involved in patient evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment planning under supervision. My time there allowed me to integrate classical Ayurvedic principles with practical patient care while developing a keen understanding of hospital operations and multidisciplinary collaboration. These experiences have enhanced my ability to handle diverse medical conditions confidently while maintaining a patient-centered approach. I am dedicated to continuing my journey as an Ayurvedic practitioner with the same passion and commitment, focusing on delivering quality, evidence-based, and holistic healthcare.

Dry eyes can be such a hassle, especially when you're dealing with that irritation and burning feeling. Let's dive into some Ayurvedic tips that might help you out. Looks like you might be experiencing a Pitta imbalance, causing that burning and irritation in your eyes. First off, try giving your eyes a break from screens. The constant gazing at screens can aggravate your Pitta even more. Every 20 minutes, look at something 20 feet away for 20 seconds - yeah, the 20-20-20 rule. This will give your eyes a chance to relax and lubricate naturally. You know triphala, right? It's a staple in Ayurveda. Rinsing your eyes with a cooled decoction of triphala can be soothing. Just boil a spoonful of triphala in water, let it cool , and strain it. Use it to rinse your eyes gently, probably best to do this once you get home and can chill for a bit. Diet's another thing. Make sure you're adding cooling foods, like cucumbers, coriander, and ghee, to pacify the pitta. Hydrate yourself, drink water... but also stuff like fresh coconut water or aloe vera juice. This will keep your body cool and help lubricate your eyes. When it comes to herbs, a couple drops of pure rose water daily can help calm and cool eyes too. It acts as a natural way to reduce dryness. Make sure it's pure though. Also consider doing palming exercises - rub your hands together to warm them, close your eyes, and place the warmed palms over your eyes. Feel the warmth and relax. This is actually really comforting. Evening getting blurry, might be due to excess fatigue - ensure you're getting plenty of rest and engaging in calming activities before you hit the sack. Listen, if your symptoms worsen or don't improve after a few weeks, reach out to an eye specialist. Dramatic dry eyes can be symptom of underlying issues. Always better safe than sorry.
