Is black nightshade oil effective for treating skin conditions or are there better options? - #22020

Gabriella

I am trying to figure out this whole thing with black nightshade oil. So, a while back I came across some info about this oil, and it said it could help with skin issues like eczema and psoriasis. My friend had it real bad and started using the black nightshade oil, and we were like, wow, how did you clear that up!? But then I got curious coz I have some dry patches and some weird redness on my arm that's been driving me nuts. It's super frustrating, and not gonna lie, I've been just putting on a ton of lotion but it's not really helping. I tried searching more on black nightshade oil, and some sites say it's a miracle cure, while others seem skeptical about its effectiveness. But is it really? Should I be jumping on the black nightshade oil train, or is it just another fad? My skin's been kinda sensitive, so I don’t want to make things worse! Also, has anyone here tried mixing black nightshade oil with other oils for better results? Like, do you think I should pair it with coconut oil or something? I’m just looking for any advice on this coz I wanna keep my skin healthy but also don’t wanna waste money on things that don’t really work. Who's got the scoop on black nightshade oil? Thanks!!

Namaste Black night shade, also known as Kaka Machi in Ayurveda is a classic herb, especially used for skin issues, as it is having cooling, detoxifying and healing property In ayurveda, it is used for dry flaky skin , redness, and itching, eczema, and even early stages of psoriasis But remember in Ayurveda, we treat according to the root cause and it differs from person to person, so what work for your friend may not be exactly the same way for you In general, it is safe, but for sensitive skin, do a patch test before applying behind the ear for about 2 hrs, if no rashes then you can go ahead with Instead of directly applying you can mix either with Kuku Medi, Thailam or coconut oil or even aloe vera gel Like for example, to drop of black nightshade oil +1 teaspoon of coconut oil, apply gently over the affected area once or twice daily Avoid spicy fermented and fried foods, Include coconut water, buttermilk, plenty of fluids Can take Triphala churna at night To clear bowel
