Can Ayurdvedic Hair Cream Really Transform My Hair Health? - #22299

I am really struggling with my hair lately, it seems so dry and brittle, and I've heard so much about ayurvedic hair cream but honestly, I don't know if it really works! A friend suggested trying ayurvedic hair cream, saying it worked wonders for her. I used to have shiny, healthy hair, but now it's falling a lot and feels coarse, ugh! I did some reserach and saw that ayurvedic hair cream can help with strengthening, but I don't know which one to choose. Are there specific ingredients I should look for in ayurvedic hair cream? I've tried regular conditioners but they help a lil bit but not really in the long run. Also, how often should I be using ayurvedic hair cream? Like is it okay to put it on every day? Some peeps say it's great for moisture but what about oily hair? I guess I’m just scared of wasting money but I really wanna give ayurvedic hair cream a shot since it sounds so promising. I'm worried that if it doesn't work out, I'm gonna feel more down about my hair. So, if anyone has good or bad experiences with ayurvedic hair cream, please share! Thanks a ton!
