I am really curious about triphala powder benefits and what it could do for me. I've been facing kinda serious bloating and discomfort. It's really been frustrating, ya know? A friend mentioned triphala and its benefits, saying how it’s great for digestion. I tried other things, like those over-the-counter meds, but they didn’t really help much.
