I am feeling so lost and frustrated lately about my digestion. I've been dealing with consistent bloating and it's making me super tired all day. My friend suggested I try chandanasava, but I honestly don't know much about it. Just recently, I've getting this weird sensation in my stomach after meals, like it just doesn’t settle right. So anyway, I’ve read a bit about chandanasava and how it’s supposed to be good for things like indigestion and fatigue, but does it work? I guess I'm wondering how long does it usually take to feel any effects? Also, is it safe to take it with my current medications because I don’t want to add more issues to what I’m already dealing with. I tried some dietary changes but it seems like it’s not enough!
