How effective is Aswagandhadi Lehyam for improving digestion and overall wellness? - #22508

I am really confused and kinda worried about my digestion lately. It’s been off for months, and nothing seems to help, ugh. A while ago, a friend recommended trying aswagandhadi lehyam for overall wellness — she swears by it! So, I gave it a shot. I read that it’s supposed to be good for fortifying digestion and boosting energy, but I’m not sure if I'm taking the right amount or even properly incorporating it into my routine. Do you guys think it’s really effective for gut issues? I’ve been feeling bloated and had sorta inconsistent bowel movements, which is not fun at all! Sometimes I think it might be stress or maybe my diet, but I’ve been trying to eat healthier. Incorporating a bit of yoga and meditation here and there, but it’s tough to stay consistent. I read somewhere that aswagandhadi lehyam can help not just with digestion, but also with reducing anxiety, which I think I could definitely use!
