I am really struggling with sleep issues and high anxiety lately. It’s been a couple months now, and I feel like I've tried everything! I heard about ashwagandha lehyam and its benefits, and honestly, I’m curious if that could help me. My friend raved about ashwagandha lehyam actually calming her down during stressful times, but I still have my doubts. Like, is it really effective for anxiety? I even went to a doctor and got some tests done but they just said I should reduce stress, which is easier said than done, right?
