I am really stressed out with all these recent health issues. So, I’ve been looking into Ayurvedic options, and I came across something called 'amlycure ds tablet uses in hindi.' yes it helps in. bloating by improving liver enzymes and bile flow, which supports better digestion and reduce gas and bloating

dosage- start with 1 tab twice daily after food with lukewarm water

it is generally safe but rarely causes loose motion in. sensitive people
