These all symptoms are mainly due to improper digestion.
1. Ashtachoornam 1 tsp with butter milk as the first bolus of lunch food.
2. Dhanwantaram gulika 1-1-1 after food.
3. Vilwadi gulika 1-0-1 after food.
4. Aswagandha choornam 1 tsp with warm milk at night.
Avipathy choornam 1 tsp with ghee at night weekly once.
