Kiran, this seems total condition of toxicity of blood,or rakta dhatu dushti. Ayurvedic Medicines (3–6 months)

1.Varunadi Kwath 15 ml twice a day. 2.Chandraprabha Vati 2 tabs twice/day . 3.Triphala Guggulu 2 tabs at night 4Avipattikar Churna 1 tsp before meals. 5.Sitz bath (lukewarm water + neem leaves or Triphala powder) – 15 mins daily

6.Oil Massage for Fissures: Jatyadi Taila or Nirgundi Taila around anus region, twice daily

#Start following lyfstyle changes-

Morning Detox Drink —Warm water +1 tsp aloe vera juice + pinch of haldi + 1 tsp honey

Weekly Castor Oil Cleanse (1x/week) 2 tsp castor oil with warm milk at bedtime (if constipation persists)
