Spindolysis: Prevention info required - #22931

I'm sufferings from spindolysis. Currently it is under control but a year back I faced heavy inflammation in my hips. What to do to ensure it remains in control. I exercise regularly. I take healthy diet. I am 31 years old. I believe it is a type of autoimmune disorder. Request you to kindly provide any ayurvedic solution.

Mix all in a jar take 1 tsp boil 200ml water till reduces 100ml strain and take empty stomach twice daily
Divya peedanil gold tab=2-2 tab with above kwath water twice daily
Tryodasng Gugulu
Punarnawadi mandoor
Chandrabravha vati=2-2 tab after meal twice daily
Skip heavy exercises/lift heavy items/band your back
Do vazrasana/tadasana/ ARDHHALASANA
If you dought to autoimmune disease..so
Do investigation HLAB27.. I think it's become negative ..but you dought solved that
Avoid junk/spicy/packed food

For this issue of yours i would advise you 4 things you need to do
1 Use atleast of Cow ghee or desi ghee daily it will help in lubricating the joints
2 hydrate yourself
3 take trayodashanga guggulu tablet in dose of 1-1-1 after food with warm water regularly
4 Massage your back with ksheerabala taila regularly atleast once a week before bath with water

Hello,
In addition to exercise and healthy diet incorporate the following:
1. abhyangam followed by swedanam with the oils murivenna and sahacharadi thailam once a week for 4 months every year(especially include the winter months)
2. Gandha Thailam casules 2----0----2 for 90 days with water
3. Tablet Yogaraj Guggulu 2-----0---2 for 90 days with water.
If you can share your x-ray report/MRI of the hip, duration of the illness, it will be easy to provide more appropriate advice.

Firstly avoid spicy sour food,
Oily food, aerated juices,
Try to sleep on hard surface or keep pillow in between the knees by Sleeping right or left side.
Avoid sitting for long time or standing take a short break between do some walking
1) lumbatone soft gel capsule 1-1-1 after food
2) dashamoola arista 10ml-0-10ml with 10ml water after food
