HELLO PANKAJ KUMAR, chronic itching near testis and inner thighs(no visible marks), recurring despite medications history- skin allergy , long term issue, temporary relief from medications, recures after some time likely diagnosis- chronic fungal infection or chronic allergic dermatitis with sweat and friction aggravation

root cause- kapha-krimi dusti+ pitta aggravation due to sweat, tight clothing or lack of proper hygiene accumulated toxins in the skin layer dushivisha(low grade toxin) and vitiated blood in allergic condition

internal medication 100% effective for you case 1)gandhak yaşayana(baidyanath brand)- 2 tabs daily after meals twice a day- anti fungal,blood purifier 2)arogyavardhini vati- 2 tabs after meals twice daily- liver detox, skin health 3)nimbadi guggulu- 2 tab after meals twice daily- anti allergic , blood cleanser 4)panchatikta ghrita guggulu- 2 tabs morning and at bedtime- deep detox of skin

duration of medication- continue for 2-3 months even when symptoms get relief after that also continue for 2-3 months to treat root cause

2)local application -jatyadi Taila/nalpamradi Taila- apply twice daily after cleaning area=antifunal and soothing -paste of neem leaf powder+turmeric+coconut oil- apply once daily for 1 week= natural anti fungal _anti itching -dusting powder- abhyarista+Multani Mitti+ kapoor- apply after bath=prevents sweat based recurrence

3)hygiene +home care -use cotton undergarments and change twice daily -dry groin and thigh area throughly after bathing -avoid tight jeans or nylon underwear -use neem water for washing area -sleep in loose, airy clothing -avoid junk food dairy non Ved and sweets during itching phase

diet- bitter tasting food more- neem,karela,methi detox drink- neem patra kwatha,coriander water, fennel infusion avoid milk+sugar combos, fried foods, sour curd ,panner,eggs avid excessive tea/coffee and cold drinks

5)lifestyle advice practice yoga and sweating for skin detox like walk,suryanamskar, bhastrika etc stay away form random OTC creams - especially steroid based ones like candid - b or betnovate

boil 20 neem leaves in 2 L water let it cool slightly and use as final wash for groin and inner thigh area daily

after cure maintainace- neem capsule1 daily after food neem oil application once every 3 days after bath

5) जीवनशैली सलाह त्वचा को डिटॉक्स करने के लिए योग और पसीना बहाना जैसे टहलना, सूर्यनमस्कार, भस्त्रिका आदि बेतरतीब ओटीसी क्रीम से दूर रहें - खासकर स्टेरॉयड आधारित क्रीम जैसे कैंडिड-बी या बेटनोवेट

20 नीम के पत्तों को 2 लीटर पानी में उबालें, इसे थोड़ा ठंडा होने दें और कमर और जांघ के अंदरूनी हिस्से पर रोजाना अंतिम धुलाई के रूप में इस्तेमाल करें

ठीक होने के बाद मेंटेनेस- खाने के बाद रोजाना 1 नीम कैप्सूल नहाने के बाद हर 3 दिन में एक बार नीम का तेल लगाएं

Hello.

You can first try for using ALUM(फ़िटकरी). Apply it after you wash of the soap you use during bath and then wash it. If it is because of sweating you will need nothing else.

If it continues follow the following routine.

Do’s: Drink buttermilk in both meals. Use loose underwears. Use loose trousers. Prefer using any menthol based body wash instead of soap. Have a bath or atleast wash your itching area twice a day. You can use any antiperspirant dusting powder or better use CANDID powder.

Dont’s: Curd Dairy products Sour products Fermented Food Processed and packed food. Bakery products Non vegetarian diet.

Syp. Sarivadhyasav 2 tsp twice a day before food Tab. Haridra khanda 2 tabs twice a day before food. (If you get churna instead of tab take churna 1 tsp twice a day) Tab. Gandhak Rasayan 2 tabs twice a day before food

Tab. Shankhavati 2 tabs after food. suck and eat like hajmola.

Boil neem leaves or neem churna in 2 lt of water and reduce it upto 1 lt. Mix this in your bathing water daily.

USE ALUM CRYSTAL WASH DAILY EVEN IF YOU TAKE MEDICATION.
