Internal Medicines- 1 Chandraprabha Vati: 2 tablets twice daily with water 2 Ashwagandha Churna: 1 teaspoon mixed with 3 Kapikacchu Churna (1/2 teaspoon) in warm water or milk at bedtime 4 Triphala Churna: 1 teaspoon with warm water at bedtime

External Therapy Sitz Bath: Sit in a tub of warm water mixed with a pinch of Turmeric or Triphala powder for 10-15 minutes daily. This helps heal the fistula and relaxes pelvic muscles.

Dietary Advice Salt Restriction: Drastically reduce salt intake to lower your BP (Diastolic 100 is dangerous).

Strict Exclusions: Avoid green chilies, red chili powder, deep-fried foods, and alcohol (these aggravate Piles, Fistula, and BP immediately). Inclusions: Eat Yam (Suran), Buttermilk, and high-fiber vegetables.
