excessive masturbation for a long time can lead to physical fatigue, low confidence, anxiety, disturbed sleep, weakness and excessive focus on sexual thoughts. In Ayurveda, this is considered depletion of “Shukra dhatu” and mental imbalance due to overstimulation. First, do not panic — the penis usually does not become permanently “damaged” or “used.” In most young people, appearance and sensitivity improve gradually when habits, nutrition and lifestyle improve. The body has a natural healing capacity. To control excessive masturbation naturally: • Avoid pornography and late-night screen use • Keep yourself busy with studies, exercise and outdoor activities • Do daily yoga, meditation and pranayama to calm the mind • Sleep on time and avoid staying alone idle for long periods For recovery and strength in Ayurveda: Take a nourishing diet with milk, soaked almonds, dates, ghee, fruits and protein-rich foods. Herbs like Ashwagandha, Shatavari, Kaunch beej and Safed Musli are traditionally used to improve energy, confidence and reproductive health. Important mindset: Do not feel guilty or fearful.
