In Ayurveda, this is considered depletion of “Shukra dhatu” and mental imbalance due to overstimulation. First, do not panic — the penis usually does not become permanently “damaged” or “used.” In most young people, appearance and sensitivity improve gradually when habits, nutrition and lifestyle improve. The body has a natural healing capacity. To control excessive masturbation naturally: • Avoid pornography and late-night screen use • Keep yourself busy with studies, exercise and outdoor activities • Do daily yoga, meditation and pranayama to calm the mind • Sleep on time and avoid staying alone idle for long periods For recovery and strength in Ayurveda: Take a nourishing diet with milk, soaked almonds, dates, ghee, fruits and protein-rich foods.
