● अश्वगंधा - वीर्यवर्धक, टेस्टोस्टेरोन का स्तर और मांसपेशियों की शक्ति बढ़ाता है। ● कौंच - उत्कृष्ट वाजीकरण पदार्थ, शुक्राणु वर्धक। इसमें एल-डोपा होता है जो डोपामाइन का स्तर बढ़ाकर शुक्राणु उत्पादन में मदद करता है। ● गोक्सुर - मूत्र संबंधी विकारों को दूर करता है, धातुओं को शुद्ध करता है और स्तंभन शक्ति प्रदान करता है। इसमें प्रोटोडायोसिन होता है जो यौन इच्छा और शुक्राणु की गुणवत्ता में सुधार करता है। ● सफेद मुसली - शुक्राणु की शक्ति और वीर्य की चिकनाई बढ़ाती है। इसमें प्राकृतिक स्टेरॉयड और सैपोनिन होते हैं, जो प्रजनन क्षमता और शारीरिक क्षमता को बढ़ाते हैं। ● विदारिकंद - शुक्राणु वर्धक, प्रजनन क्षमता में सहायक। इसमें फाइटोएस्ट्रोजेनिक तत्व होते हैं जो प्रजनन अंगों को पोषण देते हैं। ● सभी जड़ी-बूटियों को अच्छी तरह साफ और सुखा लें। बारीक छलनी से छान लें। बराबर मात्रा में लें और अच्छी तरह मिला लें। कौंच के बीजों को धीमी आंच पर भून लें ताकि खुजली पैदा करने वाले तत्व नष्ट हो जाएं। सभी जड़ी-बूटियों को अलग-अलग बारीक पाउडर (60-80 मेश) में पीस लें। इसे वायुरोधी कांच/टिन के डिब्बे में रखें। यह पाउडर 3-5 ग्राम की मात्रा में प्रतिदिन उपयोग के लिए तैयार है। ● सेवन विधि: 1 छोटा चम्मच (लगभग 3-5 ग्राम)। सेवन विधि: गुनगुने दूध में मिश्री मिलाकर। समय: सोने से पहले। अवधि: कम से कम 3 महीने तक नियमित सेवन। ●शिलाजीत कैप्सूल- 2 गोलियां, दिन में 2 बार भोजन के बाद लें। ● दिन में दो बार बादाम या अश्वगंधा से मालिश करें।
