Nightfall ek common sharirik process hai jo aksar Vata-Pitta imbalance, stress, irregular sleep aur sexual thoughts ki wajah se hota hai. Isse sharir me permanent kamzori nahi hoti. —Ayurveda management:-- with can continue homeopathy -Brahmacharya (sexual thoughts/control) ka palan -Jaldi sone aur proper sleep routine -Spicy, junk food aur excess tea/coffee se parhez -Ashwagandha, Shatavari jaise Rasayan dravyon ka use (vaidya ki salah se) -Meditation aur yoga (Anulom Vilom, Brahmari) ----Prescription: 1) Ashwagandha lehyam– 1 tsf with warm milk at bedtime 2) Shatavari Churna – 3 g twice daily after food 3) Chandraprabha Vati – 2 tabs twice daily after meals 4) Brahmi pearl capsule– 1 cap at night 5) Dashmoolarishta – 15 ml with equal water after dinner —Pathya (Do’s): Brahmacharya palan Early sleep (10–11 pm) Meditation + pranayama daily Milk, ghee, almonds in diet —Apathya (Don’ts): Spicy/junk food Excess screen time, porn/sexual thoughts Late night awakening Excess tea/coffee —Advice: “Condition is functional and reversible with proper lifestyle + Rasayana therapy. Homeopathy और Ayurveda साथ में बिना doctor advice के न लें। Take Ashwagandha Churna 1 tsp रात को गुनगुने दूध के साथ। Chandraprabha Vati 2 tablets दिन में 2 बार खाने के बाद। अगर constipation हो तो Triphala Churna 1 tsp रात को। Kegel exercises मदद कर सकती हैं। Avoid: porn, masturbation excess, late night, spicy food. Daily exercise and proper sleep रखें।

Sharir mein hormones change ho rahe hain, isliye ye normal hai. Par haan, agar zyada ho raha hai toh weakness feel ho sakti hai. Homeopathy & Ayurveda ​Dono pathy saath mein lena avoid karein toh behtar hai kyunki medicines ke interaction ka darr rehta hai. Agar homeopathy se 50% fayda hai, toh pehle usey pura karein. Agar Ayurvedic switch karna hai, toh homeopathy band karke 1-2 week ka gap dein. ​ Ayurveda Medicines (Short View) ​Ayurveda mein ise ‘Vrushya’ treatment se thik kiya jata hai jo nerves ko takat deta hai. 1. Cap. ​Spermat Tap: Ye capsules sperm quality aur control behtar karti hain. ​Dose: 1 ya 2 capsule raat ko sone se pehle gungune doodh ke saath lein. 2. ​Ashwagandadi Lehyam: Ye weakness aur thakan door karne ke liye best hai. ​Dose: 1 chammach (teaspoon) subah aur sham doodh ke saath. ​ ​Kegel Exercise pelvic floor muscles ko strong banati hai jisse involuntary ejaculation (nightfall) par control badhta hai.
