What is the reason for decreased sexual timing after taking ashwagandha and safed mushli for 90 days? - #55560

I have taken upakarma aswagandha and upakarma safed mushli andHimalaya kapikachhu together for 90 days. One tablet from each product for 90 days. My sexual timing was 1 hours. But after taking these product my timing suddenly decreases. Why?? What is the reason?? How many times it will take to recover my body fully. Please tell me the real reason behind this. And how can i get my old timing???

This may happen due to excess guru-snigdha vrishya medicines causing Kapha aggravation, reduced penile sensitivity control, increased excitation, or agnimandya in some individuals. Continuous long-term use without assessing prakriti/agni can sometimes worsen performance instead of improving it. Usually this is temporary and improves gradually within few weeks after stopping the products. Take Stop all aphrodisiac supplements for 3–4 weeks Ashwagandha only at night may suit better later, not multiple vrishya drugs together Chitrakadi Vati – 1 tab twice daily after meals for 2–3 weeks if heaviness/bloating present Brahmi Vati – 1 tab at bedtime Shilajit capsule – 1 daily after breakfast for 6–8 weeks Practice pelvic floor/Kegel exercises daily Avoid pornography, excessive masturbation, late nights and anxiety checking during intercourse Recovery commonly takes 2–8 weeks depending on body constitution, sleep, stress and digestion. Persistent erectile dysfunction, low libido or rapid ejaculation despite stopping supplements should be evaluated by a ayurvedic physician

In Ayurveda, Ashwagandha, Safed Musli, and Kapikachhu are Vrushya and Balya herbs that usually improve strength and stamina. But taking all three together continuously for 90 days may sometimes cause dosha imbalance or overstimulation of shukra dhatu and nervous response in some individuals. Your reduced timing is most likely due to: Excess stimulation causing increased sensitivity Change in exercise routine affecting energy and hormones Individual body response to long-term supplement use Possible increase in heat (Pitta) or aggravated Vata in the reproductive system Usually this condition is temporary and reversible. Recovery may take 4–12 weeks after stopping or reducing the supplements, depending on your body constitution and lifestyle. Ayurvedic suggestions: Stop all supplements for few weeks Sleep properly and avoid over-exercise Avoid pornography and excessive sexual activity Take cooling and nourishing diet: milk, ghee, dates, soaked almonds Practice yoga, pranayama, Ashwini mudra, and meditation If needed later, restart only one medicine in low dose… Do not panic. These herbs generally do not cause permanent damage. With proper rest, balanced diet, and regulated lifestyle, your previous stamina can gradually return.
