मेरी पित्त प्रकृति है। आयु 35 साल है। मुझे यौन समस्या है। लिंग की नसों में ढीलापन है। लिंग पर हल्के-हल्के दाने हैं। इनमें खाज खुजली नही होती है और यह सेक्स करने से नहीं हुए। स्तंभन(erectile dysfunction),शीघ्रपतन (premature ejaculation) की समस्या है। 1 मिनट के अंदर हो जाता है। लिंग में पूरा तनाव नहीं आता है। मेरे लिंग के अंदर की चमड़ी जिसे टोपा कहते है और लिंग का वह हिस्सा जो अंडकोष से मिलता है उधर बहुत ही ज्यादा नसे कमजोर है, सेंसिटिविटी बहुत ज्यादा है वहां चाह कर भी कंट्रोल नहीं हो पाता और शीघ्रपतन हो जाता है। वीर्य जब निकलता है तो पूरे प्रैशर से नहीं आता मतलब पिचकारी के जैसे तेज धार नहीं निकलता। वीर्य गाढ़ा नहीं है। वीर्य थोड़ा ही आता है। वीर्य जब पूरा निकल जाता हैं तो वह हिस्सा जहां अंडकोष और लिंग मिलते है , हल्का सा दर्द होता है। धात की समस्या है,पहले सिर्फ पेशाब और शौच करने के बाद ही धात गिरती थी पर अब एक महीने से किसी भी समय कहीं पर भी जैसे नल में पानी रिसता है वैसे ही एक दो बूंद रिसती रहती है कभी भी। इससे मानसिक पीड़ा हो रही है। कब्ज भी है। मेरी जॉब का समय अनियमित है। किसी भी समय ड्यूटी को जाना और ड्यूटी से आना होता है। एक वजह ये भी हो सकती है। कब्ज भी रहती है। शीघ्रपतन और धात की बहुत गंभीर समस्या है। मै योग भी करता हूं। जैसे पवनमुक्त आसन, भुजंगासन और खाना खाने के तुरन्त बाद वज्रासन करता हूं।(5-10 मिनिट) कृप्या परहेज बताएं और डाइट प्लान भी बताएं आयुर्वेदिक इलाज बताएं। दवाइयां के नाम,मात्रा,किस समय लेनी है, कितने महीने तक लेनी है और कितनी बार लेनी है , किस कंपनी की लेनी है। सब बताएं।

आपके लक्षण पित्त दोष की वृद्धि, अपान वायु की गड़बड़ी और शरीर की कमजोरी (धातु क्षय) के कारण हैं। अनियमित दिनचर्या, कब्ज और मानसिक तनाव से यह स्थिति बढ़ जाती है, जिससे शीघ्रपतन, स्तंभन में कमजोरी और वीर्य का रिसाव होता है। सही आहार, नियमित दिनचर्या, योग और पित्त शमन व वाजीकरण उपचार से इसमें सुधार संभव है। —Prescription: 1) Ashwagandha Lehyam 10 gm Twice daily after food With warm milk 2) Musli Pak 5 gm Twice daily after food With milk 3) Manasmitra Vatakam 1 tablet At night 4) Triphala Vati 2 tablet At bedtime with warm water 5) Makardhwaj 1 tablet once daily With honey or milk —Regular sleep and fixed routine Avoid spicy, oily, junk food Daily pranayama (Anulom Vilom) Avoid stress, excessive sexual activity and porn exposure Treat constipation first (very important in your case)-- so stay hydrated, eat fibrous food – kegal exercise and start and stop techniqe follow — continue for 2 months – follow up after 1 month

आपकी समस्या (स्तंभन दोष, शीघ्रपतन, धातु दुर्बलता, कब्ज) पित्त प्रकोप + वात असंतुलन से जुड़ी दिखती है। अनियमित दिनचर्या, मानसिक तनाव और अग्नि (डाइजेशन) की गड़बड़ी इसका मुख्य कारण है। सही दिनचर्या + औषधि + आहार से इसमें काफी सुधार संभव है। आयुर्वेदिक उपचार (3–4 महीने) 1. स्तंभन और शक्ति बढ़ाने के लिए: अश्वगंधा चूर्ण – 1 चम्मच, रात को दूध के साथ कौंच बीज चूर्ण – 1/2 चम्मच, सुबह-शाम दूध के साथ 2. शीघ्रपतन और धातु कमजोरी: शिलाजीत (शुद्ध) – 1 कैप्सूल सुबह खाली पेट स्वर्ण वंग (या वंग भस्म) – 125 mg + शहद, सुबह-शाम 3. वीर्य गाढ़ा और मात्रा बढ़ाने के लिए: सफेद मूसली चूर्ण – 1 चम्मच, रात को दूध के साथ 4. कब्ज सुधार (बहुत जरूरी): त्रिफला चूर्ण – 1 चम्मच, रात को गुनगुने पानी से आहार (Diet Plan) क्या खाएं: दूध, घी, मक्खन बादाम (5 भीगे हुए), खजूर मूंग दाल, हरी सब्जियां गेहूं, चावल हल्का भोजन क्या न खाएं (पित्त बढ़ाने वाले): ज्यादा मसालेदार, तला-भुना चाय, कॉफी, शराब फास्ट फूड, ज्यादा खट्टा दिनचर्या (Lifestyle) रोज़ 7–8 घंटे नींद लें (बहुत जरूरी) मोबाइल से दूरी रखें अधिक हस्तमैथुन से बचें रोज़ 20–30 मिनट वॉक करें योग और एक्सरसाइज वज्रासन – खाने के बाद 10 मिनट भुजंगासन – 5–7 मिनट पवनमुक्तासन – गैस/कब्ज के लिए केगल एक्सरसाइज – रोज़ 5–10 मिनट (बहुत असरदार शीघ्रपतन में) जरूरी सलाह लिंग पर जो छोटे दाने हैं, अगर खुजली/दर्द नहीं है तो अक्सर सामान्य (Pearly Papules) हो सकते हैं — चिंता न करें धात गिरना (Dhat syndrome) अधिकतर मानसिक तनाव + कमजोरी से जुड़ा होता है, सही इलाज से ठीक होता है अनियमित जॉब के कारण हार्मोनल और नर्वस सिस्टम प्रभावित होता है, इसलिए रूटीन सुधारना बहुत जरूरी है
