​1. मुख्य आयुर्वेदिक औषधियां (Internal Medicines) ​ये दवाएं वीर्य को गाढ़ा करने, शुक्र स्तंभन शक्ति (Holding capacity) को बढ़ाने और मानसिक तनाव को कम करने में मदद करती हैं: ​कौंच पाक (Kaunch Pak) या मकरध्वज वटी: ​खुराक: 1-1 चम्मच कौंच पाक सुबह और शाम गुनगुने मीठे दूध के साथ लें। (यदि वटी ले रहे हैं, तो 1 गोली ‘सिद्ध मकरध्वज वटी’ रात को लें)। ​लाभ: यह वीर्य को पुष्ट करता है और स्तंभन शक्ति बढ़ाता है। ​अश्वगंधा चूर्ण + शतावरी चूर्ण: ​खुराक: दोनों को बराबर मात्रा में मिला लें। 3 से 5 ग्राम (आधा से एक चम्मच) रात को सोने से पहले गुनगुने दूध के साथ लें। ​लाभ: यह मानसिक तनाव (Performance Anxiety) को दूर करता है, जो शीघ्रपतन का मुख्य कारण है। ​स्तंभन कारक योग (जरूरत पड़ने पर): ​समागम (Sex) से लगभग 1 से 2 घंटे पहले ‘स्तंभन वटी’ (Stambhan Vati) या ‘कामचूड़ामणि रस’ (Kamachudamani Ras) की 1 गोली दूध के साथ ली जा सकती है। ​2. बाह्य उपचार और तैल मालिश (External Application) ​लिंग की संवेदनशीलता (Hypersensitivity) को कम करने और वहां की मांसपेशियों को मजबूत करने के लिए: ​श्रीगोपाल तैल (Shri Gopal Taila) या अश्वगंधा तैल: ​प्रयोग विधि: संभोग से 1 घंटे पहले लिंग के अगले हिस्से (Glans penis) को छोड़कर, पूरे लिंग पर 4-5 बूंद तेल से हल्के हाथों से मालिश करें। संभोग से ठीक पहले इसे हल्के गुनगुने पानी या सूती कपड़े से साफ कर लें। ​लाभ: यह नसों को मजबूती देता है जिससे डिस्चार्ज पर नियंत्रण बेहतर होता है। ​3. अत्यंत महत्वपूर्ण पंचकर्म एवं योग ​केवल दवाओं से ज्यादा लाभ तब मिलता है जब आप अपनी ‘अपान वायु’ को वश में करें: ​अश्विनी मुद्रा और कीगल एक्सरसाइज (Keigel Exercises): ​मलद्वार और मूत्रमार्ग की मांसपेशियों को ऊपर की तरफ सिकोड़ें (जैसे पेशाब रोकने की कोशिश करते हैं), 5 सेकंड रोकें और फिर ढीला छोड़ें। इसे दिन में 3-4 बार 15-20 बार दोहराएं। यह शुक्र विसर्ग को रोकने की सबसे अचूक विधा है। ​संभोग की तकनीक (Start-Stop Technique): ​जब आपको लगे कि डिस्चार्ज होने वाला है, तो लिंग को बाहर निकालने के बजाय, अंदर ही स्थिर (Still) कर लें और हिलाना-डुलाना पूरी तरह बंद कर दें। लंबी और गहरी सांस लें। जब उत्तेजना थोड़ी कम हो जाए, तब पुनः शुरू करें। इससे आपकी पत्नी की योनि के भीतर ही डिस्चार्ज करने की इच्छा भी पूरी होगी और टाइमिंग भी बढ़ेगी। ​4. आहार और विहार (Lifestyle Changes) ​क्या खाएं: कद्दू के बीज (Pumpkin seeds), खजूर, बादाम, मुनक्का, और गाय का घी। ​क्या न खाएं: अत्यधिक मिर्च-मसालेदार, खट्टे पदार्थ (अचार, नींबू), फास्ट फूड और चाय/कॉफी का अत्यधिक सेवन बंद करें, क्योंकि ये ‘पित्त’ और ‘वात’ बढ़ाकर शुक्र को पतला करते हैं।
