When combined with anxiety (Manasika) and hypersensitivity, it suggests an involvement of both the nervous system and the reproductive tissues (Shukra Dhatu). ​The treatment focus is on Sthambhana (holding/retention) and Balya (strengthening the nerves and tissues). ​ Ayurveda Medicine ​1. Vigorfit Capsules Contains herbs like Ashwagandha and Kapikacchu to help manage performance anxiety and improve stamina. ​Dose: 1 capsule twice daily with warm milk after food. 2. ​Manasamitra Vatakam A potent formulation specifically for calming the mind, reducing over-anxiety, and balancing the nervous system. ​Dose: 1 tablet twice daily after food (can be taken with milk or water). 3. ​Balarishta A fermented liquid preparation that nourishes the nerves and reduces the hypersensitivity associated with Vata imbalance in the lower waist and thighs. ​Dose: 15–20 ml mixed with an equal amount of lukewarm water, twice daily after meals. ​4.
