I am really worried about my liver health. Last week, I went for my regular check-up and my Doctor said that my liver function tests aren’t looking great. I’ve been feeling super fatigued and have had some digestive issues lately, like bloating and gas. So I started to look into what foods are good for liver repair because I want to clean things up, you know? I saw some articles mentioning beets and leafy greens, but I’m kinda lost on all the options. Can anyone share what foods are good for liver repair? Like, what should I definitely be eating or avoiding? Really hope I can fix this with diet! Any tips?
