I am really worried about my teeth, like, I've been feeling this nagging pain in one of my molars for a week now. Went to the dentist and they said I have a cavity 😩. I don't really want to jump into fillings just yet, because honestly, I'm feeling kinda overwhelmed. I heard some stuff about how to remove cavity from teeth at home naturally, and I wanna know if that's actually possible?! I've been drinking herbal teas and trying to keep sugar intake low, but I don't know if that's enough. I also read somewhere that oil pulling might help with healing cavities, but is it true? I mean, can you actually heal a cavity naturally, or is it just wishful thinking? Anyone have experiences or tips on how to remove cavity from teeth at home naturally? I’m all ears! Really hoping to avoid the dreaded dentist chair, even for a bit longer. Thanks!

This means cutting down sugary foods, refined carbohydrates, and processed foods. Focus on eating more fresh fruits and vegetables, whole grains, natural dairy products, and lean protein. These foods can support healthy teeth remineralization.

Turmeric, well known for its anti-inflammatory and antibacterial properties, may also be beneficial. Mixing a pinch of turmeric powder with a few drops of mustard oil to make a paste and applying to the affected area can help reduce inflammation and discomfort.
