I am really confused about this whole isabgol thing. For the last few months, I've been dealing with some digestive issues, you know, the typical bloating and irregularity. My friend suggested I try isabgol, and it actually helped me a lot! But now I’m wondering, can we take isabgol daily? Like, is it safe to have it every single day? I started adding it to my yogurt in the morning and honestly, it’s only been a few weeks, but my stomach feels way better. Still, I’ve read mixed things online. Some say daily use is good for you, while others say it might cause dependency or something. Ugh, I dunno. My doctor said to keep an eye on fiber intake and all that, but nobody really talked about if isabgol was ok to take regularly. Do I keep going with it, or should I take breaks?
