Hello Safi.
Men upto age of 24 sometimes show big breast termed as gynacomastia. Some strength training and exercise will help reduce it.
Wearing tight fit innerwear is also important.
For safe reasons just go for a USG once and also check levels of Sr. Oestrogen, Sr. Prolactin, Sr.FSH. If all this is raised you should take opinion of endocrinologist.
Till than you can take:
Tab. Mansapachak Vati
2 tabs twice a day before food.
Tab. Triphala Guggul
2 tabs twice a day before food

To address the issue of a large chest in men, it's important to understand how Ayurveda views body composition. Such a condition often relates to imbalances in the Kapha dosha, which governs tissues and structure. This can cause excess build-up in areas like the chest. Here are some steps you might find useful:
First, focus on balancing your diet. Consuming foods that are light, warm, and kapha-pacifying can be beneficial. This includes fresh vegetables like leafy greens, peppers, and cabbage, as well as light grains like quinoa and millet. Spices such as ginger, black pepper, and cumin can invigorate digestion and support metabolism. Avoiding heavy, oily, and sweet foods—like dairy, deserts, and fried items—is advised.
Incorporate regular physical activity in your routine. Exercises that are more dynamic like running, swimming, or aerobic exercises can effectively work on reducing chest size. Strength training can also be incorporated to build muscle and improve overall tone, ensuring a healthy body composition.
Herbal remedies can also play a part. Guggul is known in Ayurveda for its weight management properties, assisting in balancing the lipid profiles in the body. Consult a qualified practitioner for the specific preparation and dosage that suits your constitution.
Pranayama, or breathing exercises, can help in boosting your metabolism. Practices such as Kapalabhati and Bhastrika aid in stimulating the body's internal heat and can be seamlessly integrated into your daily routine.
Stress can exacerbate Kapha dosha, influencing weight distribution. Regular meditation and yoga can aid in reducing stress, maintaining balance in doshas, and promoting an overall calm state of mind.
Lastly, maintaining regularity in eating and sleep patterns holds significance. Regular meals without snacking in between and ensuring 7-8 hours of sound sleep support the body’s natural rhythms.
If these adjustments don’t seem to improve the condition, it might be wise to consult an Ayurvedic practitioner who can give tailored advice suited to your unique constitution and health needs.

HELLO SAFI,
It sounds like you're asking for advice on how to reduce the appearance of a large chest in men- sometimes referred to as "man boobs" or gynecomastia- especially in the context of wearing T-shirts,
A large chest in men can be due to:-
1)GYNECOMASTIA- hormonal imbalance (estrogen/testosterone), often causing glandular breast tissue growth.
2)PSEUDOGYNECOMASTIA- fat accumulation in the chest die to overweight or obesity
3)MUSCULAR CHEST-if you're fit and muscular, the chest may simply be large from training-this is normal and healthy
Internally can start with
KANCHANAR GUGGULU- 2 tabs twice daily with warm water after meals for 3 months
TRIPHALA CHURNA- 1 tsp wit warm water at bedtime for 3 months
PUNARNAVA MANDUR-2 tabs twice daily before meals for 3 months
MEDOHARA GUGGULU= 2 tabs twice daily after meals for 3 months
SHILAJIT CAPSULES- 1 cap once daily with warm milk in morning for 1 month
BUY MEDICINES FROM REPUTED BRANDS LIKE- HIMALAYA, BAIDYANTH, DABUR, PATANJALI ETC
DIET TO BALANCE KAPHA AND MEDO DHATU
AVOID
-dairy(milk, cheese), especially at night-increases kapha
-fried food, sugar, processed snacks- increases fat and toxins
-cold drinks or chilled water- slows digestion
-soy products - they have phytoestrogens
INCLUDE
-warm, light meals
-spices- turmeric, ginger, black pepper, trikatu- stimulate metabolism
-green leafy veggies
-fruits- papaya, pomegranate, apple(not banana, or mango)
-plenty of warm water - helps flush kapha toxins
LIFESTYLE AND YOGA
DAILY ROUTINE
-wake up by 6 AM
-30 min brisk walk or cardio daily
-strength training 3-4 times/week- focus on chest, core and back
-dry massage- with horse gram flour- apply powder in circular motion over the chest, 10 min before bath.
-bath with warm water only
YOGA ASANA- 15-30 MIN DAILY
-KAPALBHATI- 100 strokes* 3 rounds
-NAUKASANA- strengthen chest and abs
-DHANURASANA- opens chest, stimulates glands
-SURYA NAMASKAR- 6-12 rounds /day
TIPS AND PRECAUTIONS
1)COMPRESSION VEST- Use a seamless compression undershirt= improves appearance and confidence
2)AVOID ALCOHOL AND SMOKING- both cause hormonal imbalance and worsen chest fat
3)SLEEP- get 7-8 hoyrs/night. sleep deprivation increase estrogen in men
4)CHECK HORMONES- if swelling is hard and painful or worsening get tested- testosterone, estrogen, prolactin, liver function test
CONSISTENCY IS KEY- ayurvedic results come slow but are long lasting and holistic
THANK YOU

HELLO SAFI,
It looks like you're asking about a common concern among men- having a larger chest area that makes wearing T- shirts uncomfortable or appear feminine. This is often referred to as a gynecomastia(enlarged male breast tissue) or pseudogynecomastia(fat deposits in the chest area)
Men's T-shirt "drop" problem(shirt clinging to or highlighting the chest) usually results from
-Gynecomastia= hormone related breast tissue enlargement
-excess fat in the chest- pseudogynecomastia
-muscular hypertrophy- developed chest muscles
Since you mentioned "healthy-body.", it may not be fat-related but still causing self-conciousness
INTERNALLY TAKE
1) TRIPHALA TABLET
-2 tab at bedtime with warm water
=detoxifies gut, improves fat metabolism, clears toxins
2) GUGGULU CHURNA
- 2gm with warm water after meals
= anti obesity, cholesterol reducing, fat mobilising
3) KANCHANAR GUGGULU
-2 tabs twice daily after meals with warm water
=reduces gland swelling, supports lymphatic drainage , burns stubborn fat
4) ASHWAGANDHA CHURNA
- 1 tsp in warm milk twice daily
=increase testosterone , reduce cortisol, supports lean muscle gain
5) HARIDDRA CAPSULES
-- 1 cap twice daily with warm water
= anti inflammatory, hormone regulator
EXTERNAL THERAPY
-maasage chest and upper body with herbal powder like triphala+ mustard powder+ rock salt
-use for 15 min daily before bath
-helps break down subcutaneous fat and improve skin tone
DIET SUGGESTION
-AVOID soy, dairy and junk food- can increase estrogen or fat
-eat More high- protein, low carb food
-include green leafy vegetables, lentils and spices like ginger and black pepper
YOGA AND EXERCISE
-suryanamaskar
-kapalbhati pranayam- helps reduce upper body fat
-push ups, Bench press, HIIT training- tone chest muscles
T-SHIRT TIPS
-choose thicker fabrics
-go for darker colors
-avoid tight-fir/ stretchy material on the chest
-try layering with a shirt/jacket for better coverage
Thank you
