I am really trying to figure out when to take shatavari in pregnancy. I’m currently in my second trimester and just started reading about the benefits of shatavari. My friend, who’s also expecting, swears by it and says it’s great for balancing hormones and even boosting milk production later on. But honestly, I’m kinda confused!
