I am really struggling with my hair lately. It feels like it’s thinning out and I don't know why. I used to have thick hair but after a stressful few months and a couple of diet changes, I’ve noticed quite a bit of hair fall. My sister suggested I try some natural remedies, especially hair oils, but I’m confused about which hair oil is good for hair growth specifically. I’ve heard about coconut oil, but honestly, I’m not sure if that’s the best option for me. Some of my friends swear by castor oil, while others think argan oil works wonders. I just can't keep up!
