I am wondering how to drink beetroot juice for skin whitening because I’ve been trying to improve my skin health lately. A few weeks ago, I started noticing some uneven patches and dullness, my friend mentioned that beetroot juice could help, but honestly, I’m confused on the best way to take it. Like, should I drink it every day? And is it better on an empty stomach or with food? I heard that beetroot juice can be really good for detox, which is great, but I read somewhere that if you consume too much, the sugar content can be a concern. Ugh, what a dilemma! Is there a specific time I should have beetroot juice for skin whitening? Should I mix it with something else like ginger or lemon, or is that not necessary?
