It's better to stop/reduce non beg and better to avoid dairy products in psoriasis and pcos patients. Because in both conditions we Mainely focuses on LIVER DETOXIFICATION, so while taking too much of non veg and and dairy products, we are again putting overload to Liver, which is against the treatment method. So better please Avoid those items. In case of refined oil also this fat deposition in liver matters.

Refined oils, while a staple in many households, often undergo processes that strip them of natural nutrients. In Ayurveda, unprocessed, natural oils like cold-pressed or wood-pressed oils are generally preferred as they retain their nutrient profile and provide better health benefits. For insulin resistance or PCOS, switching to cold-pressed oils, such as groundnut or sesame oil, might be beneficial. These oils are rich in healthy fats and can support hormonal balance and inflammation reduction. Start by introducing them gradually into your diet, perhaps substituting them in cooking or as salad dressing. Keep an eye on how your body responds, and make adjustments as needed. For individuals with Psoriasis, Ayurveda often recommends a diet that minimizes inflammation and promotes skin health. This means avoiding foods that may aggravate symptoms, such as dairy and certain non-vegetarian foods. Dairy is known to increase Kapha dosha — potentially leading to more mucous and congestion in the body, possibly aggravating skin conditions like psoriasis. However, moderation is crucial. If you consume chicken occasionally and notice no adverse effects, it might be acceptable to include it now and then. Remember, Ayurveda is highly individualized, so observe how your body reacts and adjust accordingly. Each individual's constitution is unique, and these dietary changes should be approached with consideration to one’s prakriti (natural constitution) and current condition. Consult with an Ayurvedic physician to tailor these recommendations according to your specific health profile. It's also essential to practice the principles of mindful eating and listen to your body's cues to maintain balance and health. Always ensure any diet adaptation maintains nutritional balance.
