You can give Tab Primolut-N at night for 3 days to initiate menstruation.

After that you have to give medication for 3 -4 months. Medicine will start from the 5th day of menstruation till the next menstruation

1. Kuberaksha vati - 1 tab twice after meal 2. Rajahpravartini Vati - 1 tab twice before meal 3. Chandraprabha Vati - 2 tabs twice daily

Managing PCOD and menstrual irregularities effectively in Ayurveda requires a combination of lifestyle, dietary changes, and herbal remedies. It’s crucial to address the underlying dosha imbalance, often a combination of Vata and Kapha, to restore regularity in menstruation. Here are some recommendations:

1. Dietary Adjustments: Incorporate a diet rich in whole grains, leafy greens, legumes, and fresh fruits. Avoid processed foods, excessive sugar, and fried items as they can aggravate Kapha. Warm, cooked meals help pacify Vata dosha.

2. Herbal Remedies: Herbs like Shatavari and Ashoka are renowned for their benefits in regulating menstrual cycles. Shatavari supports ovarian health and hormone balance. Commercial formulations like Rajahpravartani Vati may be used under professional guidance for inducing menstruation, but it’s crucial to consult an Ayurvedic doctor before starting any medication.

3. Lifestyle Changes: Regular exercise, especially yoga and brisk walking, aids in maintaining a optimal weight, crucial for managing PCOD symptoms. Stress reduction through practices like meditation can be highly beneficial, as stress is a known disruptor of menstrual cycles.

4. Detoxification: Panchakarma therapies, under supervision, can help cleanse and balance doshas. Procedures like Basti (medicated enemas) and Virechana (therapeutic purgation) may be recommended based on individual needs.

5. Routine: Establish a daily routine with regular waking and sleeping hours. Ensure at least 7-9 hours of quality sleep as it’s essential for hormonal balance.

6. Quick Induction Methods: For immediate induction of menstruation, herbal decoctions like those containing Guduchi and aloe vera gel may be helpful. Dosage and frequency should be carefully determined by a practitioner to avoid complications.

In complex cases or if symptoms persist, prioritize visiting a healthcare professional for a closer evaluation, as underlying issues like endometrial dysfunction might require further attention. Remember, while Ayurveda offers a holistic approach, it’s essential to balance it with concurrent medical oversight where necessary.

You’re describing symptoms consistent with PCOD, which involves hormonal imbalances affecting menstrual regularity. In Siddha-Ayurvedic tradition, this is often associated with an imbalance in the Kapha and Vata doshas. Here are some steps that can help balance these doshas and address your symptoms:

1. Dietary Adjustment: Introduce warming foods such as ginger, cinnamon, and turmeric to stimulate Agni (digestive fire). Avoid cold, heavy, and oily foods which can aggravate Kapha and lead to further imbalance. Consume freshly prepared meals emphasizing seasonal vegetables and whole grains.

2. Herbal Remedies: Ashoka (Saraca indica) and Shatavari (Asparagus racemosus) are traditionally used to support menstrual health and regulate cycles. These can help balance hormones and strengthen the female reproductive system. A decoction of these herbs can be taken daily, but it’s important to consult with a qualified Ayurvedic practitioner to tailor dosage and preparation to your body’s needs.

3. Lifestyle Modifications: Engage in regular, moderate exercises like yoga or walking, which can help reduce excess Kapha. Also, maintain a consistent sleep routine to support natural hormonal rhythms.

4. Stress Management: Practices such as meditation and pranayama can help reduce stress, which is a significant contributor to hormonal imbalance.

5. Menstruation Induction: Herbal formulations like Triphala and Aloe Vera juice, taken on an empty stomach, may aid in inducing menstruation. Again, consult with a practitioner for an exact regimen.

In cases where menstrual delay extends significantly, it’s crucial to seek medical evaluation to rule out underlying conditions, such as endometrial issues. This approach should complement proper medical care; emergency or acute symptoms should be immediately assessed by a healthcare professional.
