Ayurveda me, yeh Vata dosha ke vikriti hone ki wajah se ho sakta hai, jisme jevanshaleen, mano-rogi dar aur tanav vyakti ko prabhavit kar sakte hain. 1. Ashwagandha ya Brahmi ka churn: Yeh dono heras vata ko santulit karne aur man ko shaant karne mein madadgar hote hain. Roj subah ek chamach ashwagandha ya brahmi le, garam doodh ke sath.
2. Abhyanga (Tel Malish): Apne sharir par til ka tel ya sarson ka tel lagakar, malish karein. Yeh vata ko thanda karta hai aur man aur sharir dono ko shaanti deta hai. Saptah mein do se teen baar yeh kar sakte hain.
3. Meditation aur Pranayam: Din mein kam se kam 10-15 minute pranayam jaise deep breathing exercises karein. Yeh vata ko control karta hai aur mental clarity lata hai.
4. Ahara aur Vyavahar: Garm aur poshak bhojan lena, jaise gharke pakaye hue dal, chawal aur sabji. Thandi cheezon se bachna chahiye, jaise cold drinks, ice cream, and processed foods.
5. Triphala Churna: Raat ko sone se pehle ek chamach triphala churna le, ye aapke digest ko behtar karega aur vata ko sanmanya rakhega.
