Aapke dil ki saari reports jaise TMT, Holter, ECG, Echo, aur blood test normal aane ke baad bhi jab aapko left side chest mein dard aur bhaari pan mehsoos hota hai, toh ye zyada tar anxiety ya stress ki wajah se ho sakta hai. Aapke body mein tension ki wajah se yeh sensations aate hain, jise hum “panic attacks” ya “anxiety chest pain” kehte hain. Jab aapko darr lagta hai ya aap zyada sochte hain, tab aapka dil tez dhadak sakta hai, saans chhoti ho sakti hai, aur chest mein tightness ya dard jaise symptoms aa sakte hain. Yeh sab normal hai aur dil ko koi nukhsaan nahi pahunchata, lekin aapko samajhna zaroori hai ki yeh aapke man aur tanav se juda hua hai.

Roz thoda sa waqt shant hokar gehri saans lein, jaise 4 second andar lein, 6 second bahar chhodein. Yeh aapke nervous system ko shaant karta hai. Yoga ya meditation ki practice shuru kar sakte hain jo man ko shaanti deta hai. Apni lifestyle mein thoda araam aur sahi neend ko importance dein. Agar aapko lage zyada dar aur anxiety badh rahi hai, toh kisi manovigyanik ya counselor se baat karna bhi faydemand hoga. Aapko yeh samajhna chahiye ki aap bilkul safe hain aur aapka dil bilkul theek hai. Jo dard ho raha hai, woh aapke tanav ki wajah se hai, jise hum Ayurved mein manovahastha kehte hain. Aapke liye upay:

Brahmi Vati – 2 goli subah shaam, khana ke baad 30 din ke liye. Yeh man ko shaanti deta hai aur anxiety kam karta hai. Ashwagandha Churna – 3 gram din mein 2 baar dudh ke saath. Stress kam karega aur man aur sharir ko majboot karega. Roz 15 minute deep breathing (pranayama) zaroor karein. Kuch zaroori jaanch karva sakte hain agar aap chahein: Thyroid function test (T3, T4, TSH) kyunki thyroid imbalance bhi aise symptoms la sakta hai. Serum cortisol (stress hormone) test. Main aapko bharosa dilati hoon ki agar aap apni manovahastha par dhyan denge, aur upar diye gaye upay karenge, toh aapko araam milega aur darr kam hoga. Aapka dard dil ka nahi hai, yeh sirf tanav ki wajah se hai. Agar koi bhi doubt ho toh poochne mein hichkichayega mat.
