Tenho dificuldade em controlar a irritabilidade e o humor alternando frequentemente tristeza, raiva e frustração; tenho perda de massa muscular, pouca força nas pernas e nos braços; algumas vezes tenho acidez no estômago refluxo esofagico. Tenho alterações de humor frequentemente; tenho dificuldade em dormir cedo e acordo durante a noite , por vezes mais do que uma vez sendo difícil voltar a conciliar o sono. Tenho também urgência urinária com frequência mas sem infecção.

By translating ur words I came to know that u r suffering from anxiety disorder along with that hyperacidity issues So to control it start with Kamadugdha rasa tab 1-0-1 before food Brahmi vati tab 2-0-2 after food Avipattikara churna half teaspoon with warm water twice a day before food Ashwagandarishta 5 ml with equal quantity of water after food twice a day Chandraprabha vati tab 2-0-2 before food Take these medicines for 15 days and after that come for follow up Thank you

Don’t worry, First of all avoid excessive pittavardhak ahar vihar like too spicy, sour and salty food,oily and fried food,sesame seeds etc.

And start taking these medications,

1.sutshekhar ras 1-0-1 empty stomach. 2.Kamdudha ras moti yukta 2-0-2 3.khadiraadi vati 1-1-1 4.Avipattikar choorna 1tsf with lukewarm water before having meal twice in a day. 5.Manasmitragullika 1-1-1

*Daily drink water of soaked coriander seeds (overnight).

*Daily Massage your scalp with BRAHMI OIL.

Follow up after 1 month.
