For managing fibroids and hypothyroidism, Ayurvedic remedies like Ashoka (for uterine health), Guggul (anti-inflammatory), Shatavari (balances hormones), and Turmeric (reduces inflammation) may help reduce fibroid growth. For hypothyroidism, Kanchanar Guggulu supports thyroid function, Ashwagandha boosts energy and balances hormones, and Triphala aids digestion and metabolism. Brahmi can help manage stress, which impacts both conditions. A warm, nourishing diet, gentle exercises like yoga, and stress-reducing practices such as meditation can complement these remedies. Always consult an Ayurvedic practitioner and continue your prescribed thyroid treatment for best results.

Oh, I hear ya, dealing with fibroids multiple times can be pretty frustrating! You’ve been through a lot, and adding hypothyroidism to the mix, that's def a lot to manage. Let’s chat about some Ayurvedic approaches that might bring some relief. First things first, with fibroids, Ayurveda would look at balancing the imbalances in your doshas, mainly kapha and vata. Those are often linked to tissue growths like fibroids. We gotta get the body back into balance! A good place to start is diet. Keep it simple, avoid processed and heavy, oily foods which can increase kapha. Go for fresh, light meals, including lots of veggies, whole grains, and legumes. Cabbage, broccoli, and cauliflower are top-notch because they help with hormonal metabolism. Herbs-wise, a few can be beneficial. Ashoka (Saraca asoca) is really known for its effects in managing uterine conditions. Consider taking it in the form of a decoction or an herbal supplement, but please check with an Ayurvedic doctor nearby, esp with your thyroid history. Another one is Triphala, which aids digestion and helps to detox. A tea made from ginger and turmeric can also be supportive, aiding circulation and helping reduce inflammation. Don’t forget about lifestyle. Warm sesame oil massages might help too, and incorporating gentle yoga or pranayama can regulate energies and relieve stress. Sleeping properly, with regular good sleep patterns, is underrated but can hugely affect hormones. Trying to stick to a natural rhythm will help get your body back on track. Lastly, I can’t stress enough the importance to keep your thyroid levels in check, as they could affect fibroid growth. Please consult with your healthcare provider for regular monitoring. Meanwhile, manage stress with meditation, as stress is no one’s best friend and can mess with your hormones! I really hope some of these can work for you!
